Instructions: As a management consultant in compensation solutions you have been hired by your organization to conduct an analysis, report your findings, provide realistic recommendations for solutions, and present your work to the organization's management team.

The report should include:

Description, history, and discussion of the total compensation/reward system. Does the system support the strategic goals and objectives, what are the limitations, disadvantages, and advantages? (Make use of analytical tools - SWOT/Cost Benefit Analysis)

How is the compensation program/system related to performance? How are decisions made, how are evaluations done. Does the performance management system complement/enhance/deter from the pay system?

Realistic recommendations, rationale for those recommendations and what support the organization will need to implement.

Integrate biblical principles in the paper where appropriate

This report should be 4 pages in length not including reference page and appendices. The report should be typed, double-spaced, in Times New Roman 12 point font. Follow APA format for proper grammar, spelling, sentence/paragraph structure, and mechanics.

All cases are to be written in the third person as a professional paper. Tables and charts may be submitted as appendices. APA format is required. At least 4 scholarly references are required. Please follow guidelines below in the paper:
