• Explain why studying your problem is important. What will a solution to your problem enable you to do?

Literature Review

Describe previous work related to your problem. Present what you discovered in your search of the literature. Review issues, theories, concepts, and studies discussed previously and in our textbook, and review what other writers/researchers have to say about the subject of your analysis. Discuss the concepts, ideas, or insights that are most valuable in helping you make sense in your homework.

It should at least 5 articles and it must include these 4 subjects:

1- why is it important in organization to have job description?
2- purpose of the job description.
3- how to come up with job description and what consider in job description?
4- how to write a job description with a good criteria.
