An expansion of a portion of a state highway running through your county has been under consideration for some time. As a policy analyst for the Governor’s Office, you have been asked to perform a stakeholder analysis of the issue. In writing that analysis, be sure to include the nature of the role held by all those that might be interested in such a project. Include in your discussion the formal and informal participants, and what makes them fall into that category.
