Lawrence W. Reed of the Mackinac Center for Public Policy discusses a number of sound policies. Three of these policies are: 1) Free people are not equal, and equal people are not free, (2) What belongs to you, you take care of; what belongs to no one or everyone tends to fall into disrepair, and (3) Sound policy requires that we consider long-run effects and all people, not simply short-run effects and a few people. Discuss in detail the implications of all Reed's principles to the role of the public administrator. (Remember there are more policies than the three examples provided)
