• List the primary resources that OSHA uses to assist with its enforcement efforts and to provide guidance to employers on regulations and give a brief description of each.
• Briefly summarize reasons why the construction industry has its own set of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926).
• Summarize by listing the roles and responsibilities for the safety and health of managers, safety professionals, supervisors, and employees in a construction company.
