d) Critically evaluate HRM practices and application within an organisational context, using a range of specific examples from other organisational practices.

Task 3

a) Provide a brief overview of the definition of employee relations and examine the different approaches to it.Analyse the importance of employee relations in respect to influencing HR decision-making.

b) Identify the key elements of Employment legislation and discuss the impact it has and could have upon HRM decision-making in your chosen organisation.

c) Evaluate the key aspects of employee relations management and employment legislation that affect or could affect HRM decision-making in your chosen organisation.
