Brief Course Description:

This course is designed to equip learners with information literacy skills to enable them identify information tasks, search for information, retrieve and utilize information.

Course Objectives:

The course is designed to enable learners acquire knowledge and skills in information literacy.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the course, learners should be able to:

1. Interpret information tasks

2. Identify and evaluate information sources

3. Identify information access points/ keywords for information search

4. Present information in acceptable formats
