Question: In our Week 7 reading we are introduced to elements outside our organization: the environment around us. Emma chuckles and says it's not as though you don't have enough to worry about inside the organization. She asks you what elements of the outside environment you feel should be most important to CM Tech (the community, housing, charities, ‘green' efforts, air pollution, etc.). In your initial discussion post share with your classmates what you feel are the three most important elements outside the organization that CM Tech should focus on. Why did you choose those three and how are they important to performance management at CM Tech?
