The concerns are more about the cost of healthcare-both for the direct consumer and for the intermediate payment providers (insurance companies and government payment systems like Medicare and Medicaid). These payment costs from users should reflect the total costs incurred by the physicians and medical providers plus a reasonable markup percentage.
