Assignment: John has noticed that Aspire Technologies isn't the positive, pleasant workplace it used to be. Back then, everyone appeared dedicated to meeting deadlines, controlling costs, and keeping customers highly satisfied. A lot of the enthusiasm has gone out of the work. The company has experienced increased sales over the past few years, and staff received good bonuses. But over the past two years, the company has seen a drop in morale and work attitudes. Deadlines are missed, mistakes are made in the solutions, and customers are unhappy. In addition, no one wants to accept responsibility for errors, and everyone blames someone else. John has also noticed that there are conflicts between the staff. John recognises that employees may have become burned out from the increased work, but he had hired additional staff to cope with the increased workload. He also had increased salaries to keep pace with the market. John also found himself trying to resolve conflicts between departments. He feels there is a lack of enthusiasm and commitment in the workplace.
