Human Resource Department (HRD) of XYZ Airlines Ltd. recently conducted recruitment and selection process for the post of one flight attendant required to serve in their new aircraft. After primary filtration, three candidates were called for the final interview process. Below are the names of three candidates: 1. Pooja Arora 2. Shruti Mehra 3. Sanjana Suri HRD also defined that the two most important parameters on which a candidate should be judged are: 1. Soft Skills 2. Domain Skills Below were the judgements given by interviewer regarding three candidates and their two skills: 1. Soft Skills are five times more important than Domain Skills. 2. On Soft Skill assessment: a. Pooja is twice better than Shruti. Pooja is thrice better than Sanjana b. Shruti is twice better than Sanjana. 3. On Domain Skills assessment: a. Sanjana is five times better than Pooja. Sanjana is twice better than Shruti. b. Shruti is twice better than Pooja. Q.
