To explain why a service bundle would meet the needs of the customer, we must first determine how and what we would measure in our service bundles, to see where our focus need to be in this specific part of the supply chain.

We want to focus on our efficiencies, effectiveness, and our adaptability in this facet of the supply chain - in order to make good business decisions.
