Imagine that you have been commissioned by a pizzeria to design a questionnaire that can be used to collect data from customers that will help the business determine customer demographics, preferences and dining behaviour so that they can better meet the needs of the customers. Design a questionnaire for this study

3. Explain how the questionnaire is designed to be used (telephone, email, face-to-face etc.) and what measures you will put in place to minimize errors.
