If an e-business, or a brick and mortar business, provide a quality product that has perceived value to the consumer, customers will keep coming back. It is hard to win customers that have become loyal to a product or company. Amazon and Yahoo found that out and they are two of the "big guys". It will be interesting to see if and when another auction site will strike the right formula and give eBay some real competition. I think if eBay continues their current business model and remains customer focused, they will be on top for a long time.explain
