Lucy seems a little anxious about having her blood taken; however, you decide to proceed with Lucy sitting in the collection chair. You need to collect two tubes of blood from Lucy. As the second tube of blood is almost full, you notice Lucy's skin and lips appear white, and she is pale and clammy. You complete the collection, and Lucy stares straight ahead. She does not answer you as you ask, "Lucy, are you okay?" Lucy then slumps sideways in the chair and begins convulsing and moving uncontrollably.
