The important aspects to be included in the assignment are as follows:

• Introduction to COMPENSATION (definitions by authors), objectives & elements of compensation

• The company's compensation types- DIRECT FINANCIAL COMPENSATION, INDIRECT FINANCIAL COMPENSATION(Benefits- mandatory & voluntary ) & NON-FINANCIAL COMPENSATIONrelated to the company (All the information should be related to the company selected by you).

• The company's health , retirement and safety services

• The company's employee services-for the employee and his/ her family.

• The company's incentives & reward system

• Its work-life programs for employees.

• Conclusion- Write your opinion about the company's compensation, services and employee programs towards the satisfaction of employees.
