19. Outline the steps you would follow for one emergency procedure in place within your current organisation or one you are familiar with.

20. Identify one area of your work in which WHS applies. For this area of work, describe the WHS policies and procedures which you would apply, according to the guidelines of your current workplace or one you are familiar with.
