In the literature review there should be several sub-sections which would logically flow together to 3000 words. This should be written in sections vs. article reviews. For this study I would look at the areas of motivation, leadership, organizational culture and behavior, local culture. Then in your methods section, discuss the two types of methods with citations and why you choose the method you did. Then discuss how you will do a pilot to test your process, your sample, how you will select participants, what tools you will use to analyze data etc. I don’t suggest a mixed method or the use of a hypothesis as this just complicates the study. For surveys use a Likert scale and a sample of 100 with a target return of 20%. If doing face to face interviews aim for 8-10 people to interview. Again, I don't recommend a mixed process so it is good to either choose one method or the other. First complete the lit.review and post under the proper thread and I will review

Explain how your plan supports your research question and purpose and how it fits with your methodology and methods. Are there alternative analysis tools or strategies that you considered? If so, explain why you did not include them in your plan. What challenges do you anticipate in analysing and interpreting your data, including both practical and ethical considerations? Are there strategies that you can put in place or changes you can make in your plan to mitigate these challenges? What additional knowledge or skills will you need to acquire in order to implement your plan, and how might you acquire these? Explain how you envision presenting your data: What presentation formats did you consider? How did you decide what formats to use? (Explain your reasoning.) How can the data presentations be designed to avoid misinterpretation?

Please also pay attention to writing and referencing. You include excessive word-to-word citations, but it's better to write in your own words still referring to the authors. 1. Writing uses correct language but meanings are not conveyed clearly. Work should become more coherent. There are several mistakes in the application of Harvard Referencing System. 2. Work draws on scholar text without sufficient paraphrasing. Quoting, citing and referencing have not been consistently applied. Penalties are likely to be applied in Final Project if improvement is not demonstrated. 3. Some elements of critical analysis, synthesis and self-reflection are evident, but significant improvement can be made. Am still reviewing what was amended. However, under the methodology and methods, most of the required issues seem to have been left out. inorder to answer the questions please find the below questions that need to be addressed. Post a draft of a data collection and analysis plan and provide a rationale that addresses the following questions.

I have received feedback from the tutor and am afraid this section was not properly done. find below comments that need to be rectified Hi Isabella, You have submitted unit 4 IA within the deadline. You have provided some explanations of the methodology for your research proposal, but it would be better to discuss it in the context of your research questions. Please provide clear arguments why you have chosen this methodology and why it fits your major research question and sub-questions most of all. I would recommend identifying your major research question and some sub-questions. It will help you to be more focused on your research aim. You have identified advantages and disadvantages of the secondary data approach, however I should encourage you to consider the limitations of such approach and contrast the alternatives. What is about primary data collection approaches? What are their limitations? You have provided explanations of different tools to be used and sampling approach, however the overall design of the study is not clear enough.

I have checked Part two of the assignment and below are my comments 1. Note that the research has not yet taken place and hence the assignment represents a plan for a research to be carried. What this means is that the English tense used needs to change from Past to future. 2. The research is not about only one bank but banking sectors in Uganda, therefore, the sample population needs to be taken from across. only one sample of Equity Bank would be very narrow. Be sure to support all of your decisions about methodology and methods with references to relevant literature. Describe the potential challenges you might encounter in collecting and interpreting your research data and what you might do to minimize these issues. Explain how you would present your data and what presentation format would you use to convey the results to your audience.

Compare and contrast the sources with each other and with your approach. Does your research attempt to answer a question from a different perspective, or address a question in a different context, as compared to prior studies? Additionally, will your research findings potentially add new perspectives on a current theory and provide a unique application of knowledge to practice? Include a brief review of methods and methodological approaches used to study the topic, in which you should examine the theoretical perspectives and paradigms in the research literature you reviewed and critically analyze the methodological approaches used in previous research on your chosen topic. Do not only summarise the key points of the articles you reviewed one-by-one. You should aim at comparing and contrasting the arguments in existing literature and at synthesising and summarising existing research in order to present a coherent story that presents existing knowledge on your selected topic 25209649_1Rubic details.xlsx

In order to prepare your Critical Literature Review to be included into the final project, please consider and check the following issues: The appropriate length of the Critical Literature Review is 2,000 words. As a suggestion, and depending on your topic, about ¼ of your Literature Review should discuss the types and paradigms of research; Use at least 10 sources of academic information (the majority of these should be peer-reviewed scholarly literature (academic journal articles) relevant to your research topic and question). You can find such sources in the UoRL Online Library. Analyse these sources to show how your work may fill an existing gap or extend existing knowledge; Situate your research question within the literature you reviewed. In other words, determine how your research question relates to problems identified in the literature, to studies on similar questions or to gaps in understanding the topic identified in similar studies.

Please find below feedback received in relation to part one assignment. Let’s have this amended per feedback. I have also attached the Rubric details which shows all scores are meets expectations. Need to aim at exceeds expectation in order to get good marks. ‘You have conducted a critical literature review of your research topic and demonstrated how your research topic aligns with current research and theories. You have examined the major themes, theories and methodologies that relate to their topic. You have demonstrated how your research compares to the other studies. However it would be better to be more focused how your research findings will potentially add new perspectives on a current theory and provide a unique application of knowledge to the business field. I would also suggest paying attention how to refer the sources available online properly.
