Question: Week Four focuses on helping us understand how moral philosophies and values affect individual and group decision making in business. Everyone has moral philosophies and personal values used to determine what is right or wrong, however when working for an organization, personal moral beliefs and business ethical decisions may be in conflict.

For success in understanding the key concepts and theories presented this week, to include Kohlberg's model of cognitive moral development (CMD) review the lecture, research related resources to enhance your knowledge of the theoretical aspects and read Chapter 6, especially the Ethical Dilemma for Connor (pg 154) at his new company.
