Day 3 Date: Reflect on your personal values and beliefs about human behavior and relationships. Explain how these values and beliefs influence your approach to social work practice. Explain any biases or assumptions, such as race, gender, culture or religious beliefs, and explain how they may impact your work with clients.

Day 4 Date: Think about a significant relationship in your life and analyze the dynamics within that relationship. Consider factors such as communication styles, culture, religion, power dynamics and conflict resolution strategies. Explain how this analysis contributes to your understanding of interpersonal relationships in social work practice.

Day 5 Date: Examine your level of cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations. Reflect on how your cultural background, experiences & biases may impact your interactions with clients from different cultural backgrounds. Explain areas for growth and development in cultural competence.
