You are required to select any organisation of your choice, you should present an analysis and evaluation of the impact of HRM practices of the selected organisation.
Your analysis should draw on models and theories from the general literature and wider reading to structure your work and should aim to outline the nature of the organisation and assess the extent to which HRM contributes to the success/failure of that organisation.
When preparing the work, you should bear in mind that the work should be capable of communicating your research quickly and efficiently. The work should take the form of essay and be critical and analytical throughout.
You must use theory and modules to support your analysis of your chosen organization. References must therefore be included and use academic sources for your narration. However, a higher mark will be awarded if you are able to synchronize theory with practice.
