The hospital administrators have raised some questions pertaining to the optimization of the system. Your team needs to answer them with quality and cost factors in mind. Your task is to analyze the situation based on all the prior decisions made by you, evaluate the system that was selected in Week 3, and present your findings regarding the following:

Note how any of those functions can be optimized (theoretically).
