This assignment will occur over a two week period, in weeks four (4) and Five (5) of the course. Week four will focus on the data portion, and will be completed, along with the intervention proposal, in week five. Directions: Now that you have completed your PICO question and literature review it is time to consider the implementation of your project. In other words, based on the knowledge you have gained from the literature, driven by your question, what do you want to do about it?

• What change would you like to see in patient outcomes/policy implementation/educational intervention?

• What do you believe will need to occur in order to create that change (Intervention)?

• What specific data/information will you need to collect and examine to know how and if the intervention influenced the desired outcome or change?

• And how do you propose to examine that data? In other words, how will you make sure the data collected is reliable and valid in evaluating if the intervention directly influenced change?
