Leadership Style-
Select and describe a leader you admire. Your selected leader may be your current/former supervisor; or the leader of a company you admire; or a community leader in the fields of religion, politics, social group, etc. Using leadership theories, analyze your selected leader to identify characteristics and provide specific examples of leadership qualities you think contributed to that person's success.
Evaluate your own leadership style using leadership theories. Compare and contrast your style with that of the leader you admire.
Write a paper in which you explain your leadership style and your ideas and a detailed, itemized, plan for improving your effectiveness as a leader based on your comparison with an admired leader.
Required Elements:
• Identifying both organizational and individual causes of resistance to change. • Describe how Lewin's theory of change can be used to overcome resistance to change.
Question 1: Describe the organization, what it does, the customers it serves, and its size. Question 2: Research the organization's mission statement. Discuss the role HR will play (or does play) in fostering the organization's mission statement.
Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper describing observation and measurement as they relate to human services research.
Describe two-party, coalitions, and multi-party negotiations. Within your description, include a real-life example of how these types of negotiation are used in the business world.
Prepare a memo in response to the President's questions in which you discuss unethical behavior that can result if the wrong performance measures are used to tie performance measures to compensation and How can EEC avoid these behaviors?

Evaluate the piece and write a critique of authentic leadership theory, identifying its strengths and weaknesses. Provide at least two examples of this theory in action from real organizations that you have researched online.
Consider your own personal values and explain where they originated. To what degree are your own values a product of your family, your religious or cultural backgrounds and other factors?
Find an example of a public agency or non-profit corporation that shifted its mission in recent years. How was their strategic plan altered as a result of their change in services, and what was the result?
