The Company supplies to the automotive, medical, military, aerospace, electronics, power generation, hydraulics and many other commercial industries. ABC wants to expand operations and they have multiple options when considering expansion. Their options are going public via IPO, acquiring another organization in the same industry, or merging with another organization.
