You are the newly appointed Learning & Development Manager in your company. You are reporting to the VP, Learning & Development. Today, you are in a meeting with a business manager and your L&D colleagues, including your VP, presenting the training program that your team had been working on. It is a 3-day blended learning experience targeting to develop the communication skills of the front-line employees. The Business Manager liked the structure of the program. Your team proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of the program up to the 2nd level of the Kirkpatrick Model. The Business Manager does not look satisfied with the plan. He asks: "I don't think this is enough. Do we have any other options?" There's silence in the boardroom. What would you do?
