a. Analyse the characteristics of the organisational structure of CRH plc as referred to in Exhibit 3 of the case study and analyse the characteristics of other organisational structures.

b. Then Analyse the approach(es) taken by CRH plc in its decision making and evaluate the effectiveness of these decisions.

Note: You should refer to a range of decision making approaches including the normative/ prescriptive model, quantitative model.

Analyse how the change arising from an acquisition can be managed effectively including ensuring employee effectiveness is improved. Then Evaluate the effectiveness of the decision made by CRH to acquire one of its companies.
