Blaze Products is a company based in a developing country. The company is acquired by an American Conglomerate.

The new company wants to replace the code of conduct of Blaze Products with its own. However, Blaze Products code of conduct is highly admired by its employees, partners and the country in which Blaze Products operates.

One of the prominent points in the code of conduct of Blaze Products is that it prohibits the use of child labour even when it is based in a developing country.

Blaze Products believes that employing children puts them at health and safety risk and interferes with their right of education. However, most of the parents can not simply afford to educate their children due to poverty.

Evaluate the company policy of disallowing child labor from both a deontological and consequentialist perspective.
