Prepare a 2000 word report on Human Resource Legislation analysing the effects of non compliance for a small motorsport Company with less than 50 employees.

Include the role of policies in the organisation and evaluate how these contribute to the development of a professional organisation.

Industry examples can be used to illustrate the benefits gained from efficient HRM policies and strategies.
