Assessment Description

Students will be required to visit the "Workplace Gender Equality Agency" case study page via the link below and analyse the organisational approaches to improve gender equality in one of the following organisations:

The assessment will allow students to demonstrate their critical reflection on the gender equality approaches by integrating related concepts and theories such as but not limited to "Gender Bais", "Gender Bais in the Workplace", "importance of Workplace Diversity", and "Organisation Design Solutions" into their analysis.

Assessment Instructions
You will produce a 7-minute video and accompanying PowerPoint presentation covering the following:

Brief overview of the selected company including the workplace gender diversity challenge/s they faced.

Analyse and discuss a minimum of two of the organisation's workplace gender equality approaches addressing those issues. The analysis should be supported by the related concepts and theories covered during the workshops.

Evaluate the evidence supporting the effectiveness of the workplace diversity approaches supported by the related references and your viewpoint.

Students must follow the KBS Harvard Referencing Guidelines and KBS Formatting Guidelines and include a minimum of five (5) contemporary academic and minimum of four (4) non-academic references. While many of your references will rely on the organisation's/team's official website, you cannot use this as your only source of information.
