The question is :
Find the confidence interval by estimating the population proportion for the following:
alpha= 0.09 n=365 p-hat = 0.50. I know the formula should be p-hat +/- z(alpha/2)*square root (p-hat*q-hat/n), but I'm not sure how to find the z value and get the answer
