HR department of ABC Limited is in process of evaluating the jobs within the organization in order to ensure internal equity and designing base structure.

Being compensation specialist, you are required to:

1) Establish comprehensive job evaluation criteria by following the steps of 'Point Factor Method' for measurement of relative worth of the jobs within the organization. Explain each step.

2) Further, take one executive level job of your choice and evaluate it by using the established criteria.
