56-year-old morbidly obese female that was referred to me for an enlarging right adrenal mass. We watched this with imaging over some time, and unfortunately began to enlarge. This did have features suggestive of adenoma but due to its large size and increasing size we elected to remove it after ruling out it being functional. I suggested a laparoscopic approach. etails of Procedure: Patient is brought to the operative theater and placed in the supine position. She underwent uneventful induction of general endotracheal anesthesia. TAP blocks were performed by anesthesia personnel.
