This week, you will consider different goals for grading and choose a grading model for your learning plan. Use ideas from the chapter in Walvoord and Anderson's Effective Grading: A Tool for Learning and Assessment in College (2011) to guide your work.

Write a paper describing the goals you want your grading system to achieve and choose an appropriate grading model. You may choose one presented in the readings or modify one according to your needs.
