As it currently stands, Introduction to Organizational Behaviour course is taught in a unique and interactive format. The course structure has changed to allow upper-year students to teach their own interactive.
classrooms of Organizational Behaviour (OB) students in an engaging environment. However, as is the case with any course, the material covered in these interactives must remain "fresh" and current. Moreover, as new faculty are welcomed into the Management and Strategy area group, the interests and specializations of those leading the lecture of portion of this course, continues to change. Thus, would benefit from the inclusion of additional content modules that could be integrated into the course during any given year. Luckily, there are several foundational OB topics that up until now, have been omitted from the curriculum. This design project provides Training and Development students an opportunity to create from scratch an interactive module dealing with a yet-to-be-addressed OB topic, that would then correspond to a new lecture (to be designed by the given professor).
