Timely Delivery Ltd., located in North Bay, Ontario, is owned by entrepreneur Jing Li. Jing has been in business for just over 2 years, and her company provides just-in-time deliveries throughout North Bay. Jing has 95 employees on staff. Jing takes care of payroll, HR and safety herself.

Jing recently attended a two-day business conference for entrepreneurs. The seminars were extremely interesting, especially the seminars titled "Performance Management in the Workplace" and "How to Create Employee Development Plans". When Jing returned back to the workplace, she contemplated how she could implement both programs at Timely Delivery Ltd.
