In human resources, Employee Morale is referred to as the mental, physical, and emotional state of the workplace that reflects the satisfaction of the employees. (Arvind Mallik, Lakshmi Mallik, Keerthi DS 2019). Operating with high morale offers a feeling of support and inclusion. A positive work atmosphere can result in trust, cooperation, and safety. There's also respect, empathy, and understanding with opportunities for growth and development. Employees with low morale tends to bring retention. They experience recurring friction and perceive unsupported and disconnected from work and colleagues. HR could lead this type of positive social change by being an example of what's expected from their employees, also refers to them. Implementing innovation and creativity, involving their employees, and engaging with them daily.
