1. Conduct a research on the different industries in Bahrain that are adopting ways to effectively manage exhaustions and emissions from their plant. (Discuss about any 3 initiatives in any industries in Bahrain with justifying article and also discuss about the environmental laws of Bahrain complied in this case.

a. Prepare a report which includes the above factors

2. Prepare a case study which deals with the compliance/ no compliance of NSPE CODE Section II.1.e. - NSPE Code of Ethics: Engineers shall not aid or abet the unlawful practice of engineering by a person or firm.

After the preparation of case study discuss whether the action of parties are ethical or not with a brief discussions about ethical obligations.

3. Conduct a research on the different contract laws of Bahrain and discuss about what terms and conditions must be considered to form a contract.

After the research conduct discuss one case study which deals with compliance/No compliance with the terms or conditions of the contract.
