As we age and get older many dramatic changes take place in our body. The immune system becomes weaker which makes older people more susceptible to illnesses and disease. For some people the bones begin to degenerate a bit quicker with osteoporosis which is a condition where the bone becomes brittle and start to break away. The nervous system and brain also takes a hit as we get older. Older people begin to experience memory loss or even language impairment also the with the nervous system beginning to slow down people can be susceptible to imbalances or shakiness.
