What went wrong in my clincal experince this week using this information:I left my patients BP cuff on her for about 30 mins, (SHE COULDNT FEEL IT ON HER A QUADRALEGIC). I also accidentally threw away 1 pill. couldn't get the heat down in the room successfully which I didn't gear up for contact precautions. My patients was slowed to speak so sometimes I felt as if I was over speaking or talking for her without completely hearing her. I also completed a foley cleaning and turned (with her legs crossed and hands and bath my quadralegic left my patients cuff on her for about 30 mins and has to figure out the correct positions for her- I will practice being more present and attentive during patient care activities, double-checking crucial aspects like positioning to prevent similar incidents.
