Assignment: The general manager of your firm, a large sporting goods distributor, has read reports that only a portion of training ever translates to on-the-job performance or behaviors. The manager has asked you to identify some ways to ensure that the training she is paying for gets applied on the job. She is concerned about making sure that the training for forklift operators has an impact on the warehouse staff performance, as she is eager to cut down on the number of safety infractions and safety issues with that group of staff.
