Read the ethics case 10.5 on page 211 of your textbook concerning the design of a logo for the Power Rangers and write an original 250 word post discussing the following questions:

1. Should the doctrine of equity be applied in this case to save Dees from a contract that paid him a very small percentage of what his work was worth or should he (Dees) be bound by his original contract?

2. Does Saban owe an ethical duty to pay Dees more money regardless of their contract, now that the Power Rangers is such a successful brand?
