Assignment Direction: Tutor, pick a topic of your choice that demonstrates a problem / issue that may require a group of clinicians to come together and work toward a solution.

b. Why would you select those individuals- elaborate on their skills based on title, leverage in the organization, etc.
3. List at least 2 specific outcomes that your team would include specific to your identified topic. (examples - deep tissue skin injury - reduction in number of skin injuries by 10%, increase in mobility protocol)
4. What type of skills would you anticipate that you as the leader would be required to meet your desired outcomes and why (process skills, financial acumen, organizational skills, etc)?
