The family decides to secure the agent's services as their buyer's agent. in order to prepare the agency relationship disclosure and the buyer broker agreement, the agent asks for the buyer names. The buyers state, Our names are Jose and Andrea Goycochea. To which the agent replies, "That is an interesting last name. I have never heard it. Where are you guys from?

The Goycochea respond, We are originally from Peru but we have been living in the United States since we were both small children. The agent replies, I love Peruvian food. Have you tried the restaurant Central Inca? As a matter of fact, I would like to show you some We were actually not interested in that neighborhood. We would rather see houses in the Eastlake area which is close to both our jobs. Now, imagine you were the agent in this scenario, and your buyers have reported this situation to your broker.
