Tough and complex Nursing Questions;
Case study; Globally, health information technologies are now being used by nurses in a variety of settings. However, nurse leaders often do not have the necessary strategic and tactical informatics competencies to adequately ensure their effective adoption and use. Although informatics competencies and competency frameworks have been identified and developed, to date there has not been review or consolidation of the work completed in this area. In order to address this gap, a scoping review is being conducted.
1. What was the main contributor to the spread of Hansen's disease across Europe?

3. What are the various facets that have been added to the field of nursing informatics?
4. What are the main factors that alter the speed of enzymatic reactions?
5. How does substrate concentration affect the speed of enzymatic reactions?
6. How does temperature affect the action of enzymes on their substrates?
7. Concerning enzymatic reactions, how different are the curves of the graph of the variation in the speed of a reaction as function of substrate concentration and the graph of the variation in the speed of a reaction as function of temperature?
8. What is the relationship between the cooling of organs and tissues for medical transplants and the effect of temperature on enzymatic reactions?
9. Does pH affect enzyme activity?
10. Do enzymes act better under acidic or alkaline pHs?
11. Since pepsin is a gastric enzyme, does it have an acidic or alkaline optimum pH? What happens to pepsin when it enters the duodenum?
