HOSPITAL COURSE: The patient was admitted with a ground level fall after she became dizzy upon getting up from a chair. The day after admission she had an episode of slurred speech with barely detectable left sided facial droop. MRI without major deficit, TPA not administered as the deficit was minor. She complained about difficulty with swallowing, so speech therapy did a swallow evaluation which was normal. Today it is fully resolved, and she is eating just fine. Atrial flutter: She did have an episode of RVR here which is controlled right now with metoprolol and likely the etiology of here dizziness. Currently she continues to be in atrial flutter. Metoprolol is currently increased. She had a negative troponin and unremarkable EKG from ischemic standpoint. What is the admission diagnosis.
