Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender issues tend to be divisive in a number of workplaces due to discrimination. Though things are getting better, employers still need to be aware that issues can arise. Brainstorm 3-4 different ways that an employer can create an inclusive workplace for a diverse range of sexual and gender identities. In addition, please explain if you feel that GLBT workplace issues have more, less or the same importance as age, race or religion in the workplace.
