One of the Values in an Organization is 'One Team' i.e. important for employees to work together as 'one team' and support each other by displaying a high level of team working. Unfortunately, the Management feels that this Value is not being adhered to amongst employees, and there is not much focus on this specific value. You are the HR Head in the Organization and the CEO has approached you to advise her on how this Value can be imbibed and exhibited by all employees, across all levels and functions, in the organization. Recommend the steps you would take from an HR perspective to ensure this happens so that all employees whole-heartedly display this behaviour. Justify your response suitably.
