Case Scenario: Sadie is a 66 year old female who presents to the office with her son Seth. Sadie reports she doesn't know why she is here and most of the information obtained from Seth. Seth reports for the last 3-4 years he has noticed some memory issues in Sadie. Recently, Sadie has been quickly forgetting things, including doctor appointments and even got lost while driving her car in a familiar area. Sadie reports she just had a lot on her mind that day and couldn't focus well on where she was going. Seth reports Sadie has been misplacing things and then blames others for moving or taking the items. At times she gets irritable and short with her grandkids, which is not like her at all.
