The first patient arrived at the clinic for a follow-up bloodwork result, awake, alert, oriented x4, talking, and answering all questions appropriately. While talking to the patient and discussing the plan of care, the patient suddenly stopped talking, stared at me, and passed out then woke up and vomited, 911 was called and brought the patient to the hospital.
